Yes. All products have a 12-month manufacturing guarantee. If a defect occurs, we may arrange an inspection via a third-party repair company.
Sofa hardwood frames are covered against structural defects for 5 years from delivery.
All products (except ex-display) are covered for 1 year from the delivery date.
You can cancel your order up to 48 hours before delivery. Email us as soon as possible for confirmation.

Yes, sofas are assembled in your chosen room at no extra cost. Flat-pack items are not assembled.
Most sofas fit standard doorways (70–71 cm). Some parts (like arms) can be removed. Corner/U-shaped sofas come in sections.
Routes are finalised around 5 pm the day before delivery. ETAs are sent late afternoon to avoid confusion.
ou have 14 days from delivery to request a return/refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at your expense.
